Backwards:
Ever tried spelling a word backwards?
Try the word STRESSED......
WHAT DID YOU GET?
YEP.....it spells DESSERTS!

This is a bad combo!!
Here are a few ways to STOP stress:
1. Exercise - take a walk - it always relieves stress.
2. Good nutrition - watch what you eat. Good nutrition is important in relieving stress. You should also watch your sugar and caffeine intake because the can increase heart rate and intenssify sysmptons of stress, like dizzines and jitteriness.
3. Take a deep breath - sit comforably, close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Just relax (just take a mental meditation break). (careful when doing this at work......sleeping I found is not permitted at work).
4. Speaking of sleep.....get a good night's sleep. This is absolutely necessary to block out stress. Once you are getting enough sleep, stress is most easily handled.
